Any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Joan Ida Mearns Deceased late of Highfield Residential Home, The Common, Marlborough, Wiltshire, SN8 1DL, who died on the 4th January 2013 is required to send particulars thereof to us the undersigned Solicitors for the Executor of the said Deceased on or before 7th October 2013 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to claims and interests of which they have had a notice.
