Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) C20 (Part), Market Lavington; for a distance of approximately 25m either side of the rail bridge to enable Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd to carry out a detailed examination of above underbridge and associated works. Alternative route via C20 (unaffected length) - B3098 - A360 - C20 (unaffected length) and vice versa. C) Cemetery Lane (Part), Bradford on Avon: from its junction with Woolley Terrace to its junction with Brooklands. D) Woolley Street (Part), Bradford on Avon: from its junction with B3109 to its junction with Woolley Terrace to enable Independent Fibre Networks to carry out cabling and associated works. No alternative route is available for B and C Alternative route D via Springfield - B3107 - B3105 - Woolley Street (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation for closure B and C on 05 September 2022 for 5 days and closure C will commence on 07 September 2022 for 5 weekdays and the closure will be required between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00. B) Footpath 32 (Part), Bradford on Avon; from its junction with A363 for a distance of approximately 10m in a north easterly direction and to temporarily suspend the existing One-Way Order on A363 St Margarets Street to facilitate a diversion for traffic to enable Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd to carry out bridge repairs and associated works. Alternative route A via Junction Road -B3109 and vice versa. Alternative route B via A363 -St Margarets Hill - Footpath 32 (unaffected length) and vice versa. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 05 September 2022 and the closures will be required until 03 April 2023. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order for closure A will have a maximum duration of 18 months and the Order for closure B will have a maximum duration of 6 months.
