Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 & Town and Country Planning (Miscellaneous Temporary Modifications) (Coronavirus) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 Notice under Regulation 7(2) (b)

Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant Residential development with associated access, landscaping, drainage, engineering works, car parking and associated works at the Former Govan Graving Docks, Glasgow. A public consultation will be held online at www.govangravingdocks.com from 9th June 2022. Further information can be obtained via the website or by email to info@govangravingdocks.com. Live interactive online consultations will take place on Tuesday 30th August and Tuesday 11th October between 3pm and 7pm at www.govangravingdocks.com. During this time, members of the project team will be available to respond to questions received via phone and email to tel. 0141 648 6701 or info@govangravingdocks.com. In-person events will take place on Thursday 25th August between 11am and 4:30pm at the Riverside Hall, 29-31 Clydebrae Street, Govan and between 5:30pm and 7:30pm at the Pearce Institute, Govan Road, Govan. A second event will also take place on Thursday 6th October between 11am and 4:30pm, at the Riverside Hall, 29-31 Clydebrae Street, Govan and between 5:30pm and 7:30pm at the Pearce Institute, Govan Road, Govan. If you wish to make comments on the proposals, you may do so via the website or be email (info@govangravingdocks.com) by no later than 8th November 2022. This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council.

Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, statutory neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
