Disposal Of Two Parcels Of Open Space Land At

1) Land off Edgehill Road, Harraby, Carlisle, CA1 3JJ extending to 2,157 square metres or thereabouts 2) Land adjacent to 226/228 Raffles Avenue, Carlisle, CA2 7GX extending to 1,172 square metres or thereabouts. Pursuant to section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972, Carlisle City Council hereby gives notice of its intention to dispose of its freehold interest in the above two parcels of open space land. In each case a plan showing the location of the land in question is available by email from: property@carlisle.gov.uk This is a formal notice given insofar as the two parcels of land consist of or form part of an open space for the purposes of section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972. Any members of the public wishing to request further information, make observations or raise an objection regarding the above must contact the Council in writing either by email to property@carlisle.gov.uk or by post to Property Services, Carlisle City Council, Civic Centre, Rickergate, Carlisle, CA3 8QG to be received by no later than 16 September 2022.
