Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of Isle of Wight Council for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at Unit 3, Newport Retail Park, Newport, Isle of Wight. The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 06:00 and 00:00. Written representations can be made to the Licensing Authority at Isle of Wight Council, Licensing Section, County Hall, High Street, Newport, Isle of Wight, PO30 1UD any time up to and including 7th September 2022. It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
