Notice Of Application For Variation of a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Woodago Eco Solutions Limited intends to apply for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as the Woody's The Deli At Corsham 18 High Street Corsham SNI3 OES. The variation proposed is as follows:-The application proposes to -

1. Amend the licensing plan in accordance with the drawing which accompanies the application,

2. Permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises daily,

3. Permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises daily to 22:00.4. Permit the premises to open from 08:00 Monday to Saturday and from 09:00 Sunday. 5. Permit the premises to close daily at 22:30. 6. Amend the Annex 2 condition relating to off sales. A copy of the Application can be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council Public Protection Services and Licensing, Monkton Park Chippenham Chippenham SNI5 IER

during normal office hours. This application was lodged with Wiltshire Council on 05/08/2022 and any representations must be made in writing to Wiltshire Council at the above address no later than 02/09/2022.
