London Borough of Harrow The Harrow (Prescribed Routes) (School Streets) (No. 2) (Amendment No. 1) Traffic Order 2022

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Harrow on 8 August 2022 made the above-mentioned Order under Sections 6 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and all other enabling powers

2. The general effect of the Order will be to add Capthorne Court, Alexandra Avenue and Drake Court, Alexandra Avenue to the addresses eligible for permits within the Newton Farm School Street.

3. A copy of the Order, which will come into operation on 22 August 2022, of the Harrow (Prescribed Routes) (School Streets) (No. 2) Traffic Order 2022 and of the Council's statement of reasons for making the Order can be inspected until the end of 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made at Greenhill Library, Perceval Square, College Road, Harrow, HA1 1GX between the hours of 10am and 6pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 3pm Sunday or online at

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
