Temporary Parking Suspension Sandycombe Road, Kew (Ref: 22/180)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a water connection they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a rolling parking suspension in Sandycombe Road. Kew.
2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to wait or stand in the parking bays sited in Sandycombe Road between a point outside No. 251 Sandycombe Road and a point outside No. 277 Sandycombe Road.
3. The order will come into effect on 17 August 2022. The works are anticipated to be in progress from 17 August 2022 until 19 August 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
5. Nothing in the Order will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.
6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Fulmer Close, Hampton (Reference 22/186)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames propose to make the above Orders under section 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the Order will be to introduce double yellow lines ("no waiting at any time") in lengths of Fulmer Close, Hampton.
3. Copies of details giving more details of the proposals: -
(a) can be inspected, quoting Reference 22/186, at the
Civic Centre (Central Reception, ground floor), 44 York Street, Twickenham between 9.15am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays, except for Bank and other public holidays; and

Temporary Road Closure Hill Street, Richmond (Reference 22/187)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate telecom cable installation, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Hill Street, Richmond.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person may permit a vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Hill Street, Richmond from the southern kerb-line of Red Lion Street to the northern kerb-line of Bridge Street.
3. The order will come into effect on 19 August 2022. The restrictions will remain in force at all times on 19 August 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for traffic will be available via Richmond Hill, Queens Road Sheen Road, Paradise Road and Red Lion Street.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle.
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a traffic warden; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.

Temporary Road Closure King Street Service Road, Twickenham (Reference 22/181)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate an electrical connection they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in King Street Service Road, Twickenham.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person may permit a vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in the Kings Street Service Road, Twickenham from a point outside the rear of 17b King Street, Twickenham to the end of the cul de sac.
3. The order will come into effect on 15 August 2022. The restrictions will remain in force at all times from 15 August 2022 until 25 August 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a crane operation they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Dynevor Road, Richmond.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person may permit a vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Dynevor Road from a point outside the common boundary of Nos 5 and 6 Dynevor Road and a point outside No. 7 Dynevor Road.
3. The order will come into effect on 18 August 2022. The restrictions will remain in force between 08.00 and 17.00 on 18 August 2022, with a back-up date 1 September 2022 (if required). The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for traffic will be available via Dynevor Road, Mount Ararat Road, Paradise Road and Church Road.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle.
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a traffic warden; or

2. Whilst the works take place, no person may permit a vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Ennerdale Road between its junctions with Eversfield Road and Walpole Avenue.
3. The order will come into effect on 16 August 2022. The restrictions will remain in force at all times from 16 August 2022 until 19 August 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for traffic will be available via Eversfield Road, Kew Road and Walpole Avenue.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate sewer cleaning works they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Heath Road, Twickenham.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person may permit a vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Heath Road between its junction with Colne Road and a point outside No. 6 Heath Road.
3. The order will come into effect on 18 August 2022. The restrictions will remain in force at all times from 20.00 on 18 August 2022 until 05.00 on 19 August 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for traffic will be available via Heath Road, Colne Road, Albion Road, Knowle Road, Briar Road, The Green, Vicarage Road, Popes Grove and Radnor Road.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as Indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle.
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a traffic warden; or

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate telecom utility works they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Tower Road and Wellesley Road, Twickenham.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person may permit a vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in the following lengths of road:-
(a) Tower Road, between Wellesley Road and the western kerb-line of the access road to Strawberry Hill Station
(b) Wellesley Road, between the western end of Wellesley Parade and Tower Road.
3. The order will come into effect on 15 August 2022. The restrictions will remain in force between 21:00 and 06:00 on 16 August 2022 only. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for traffic will be available via Eversfield Road, Kew Road and Walpole Avenue.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as Indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle.

Temporary Parking Suspension Kew Foot Road, Richmond (Reference 22/189)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate access for construction vehicles to a development site, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Kew Foot Road, Richmond.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Kew Foot Road from a point outside No. 12 Kew Foot Road to a point outside No. 22 Kew Foot Road (both sides)
3. The order will come into effect on 21 August 2022. The restrictions will be in force between 8am and 6pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive from 21 August 2022 until 3 January 2023 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as Indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
5. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
