hereby gives notice that it has made an order under Section 247 (2A) of the above Act entitled the London Borough of Waltham Forest (Stopping Up of Highways) (No. 2) Order 2022 to authorise the stopping up of the following area of public highway which is shown hatched black and edged red on the plan attached to the draft order and comprising 160 sqm and being:
* the irregular shaped area of public highway fronting garages 3-10 at the southern end of Rookwood Gardens E4 6DY and to the west of 11 and 12 Rookwood Gardens with a length of 20.9 metres and a width at its widest part of 10.9 metres

THE ORDER IS MADE to enable development described in the Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted by the Council of the London Borough of Waltham Forest on 13 July 2020 under reference 200472.

COPIES OF THE ORDER AND THE RELEVANT PLANS MAY BE INSPECTED during normal office hours at Low Hall Depot, Argall Avenue, London, E10 7AS free of charge or via

road-traffic-schemes-and-consultations

ANY PERSON aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of 11 August 2022 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision contained therein.
