NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hertsmere Borough Council, pursuant to arrangement made with Hertfordshire County Council under Section 19 of the Local Government Act 2000 and the Local Government (Arrangement for Discharge of Functions) (England) Regulations 2000, proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The general effect of the Order would be to introduce waiting restrictions on parts of those roads listed within the schedules to this Notice, to improve road safety and to reduce instances of inappropriate or inconsiderate parking.
Documents giving more detailed particulars of the proposals may be inspected from Thursday 11th August 2022 during normal office hours, at the Central Reception, Hertsmere Borough Council, Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood WD6 1WA Monday to Friday or you can view the documents online at Transport, Streets and Parking - Hertsmere Borough Council by selecting Parking Consultations and Traffic Orders.
