A2Z Building Supplies Limited have appealed against the enforcement notice 535559.
Without planning permission:

I. The material change of use of the land from open scrub and grass land on undeveloped Green Belt land, to use as a depot for parking motor vehicles including (HGVs) heavy goods vehicles (Use Class Sui Generis).

II. The following operational development which facilitates the unauthorised material change of use:

* The erection of a single storey portacabin.

* The laying of hardstanding.

The Secretary of State has arranged for a Hearing to be held for one day at Lodden Suite, 1st Floor, Town Hall, Fellowship Square, Forest Road, Walthamstow, E17 4JF. commencing at 10.00am on Tuesday 11th October 2022 for 1 day.

An inspector appointed by the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions under paragraph 1 (1) of schedule 6 to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 will attend at the place, date and time shown above to decide the appeal.

Members of the public may attend the hearing and, at the Inspector's discretion, express their views or write to the address below.
