Site Address Land at the rear of 48-50 Station Road, Chingford, E4 7BE Consortium Properties UK Ltd have appealed against the enforcement notice 475145 Without planning permission,
1. Without Planning permission, the unauthorised Material Change of Use of the land for the Maintenance and repair of motor vehicles.
And for non-determination of planning application 210661 for Lawful Development Certificate (Existing)- Use of property as general industrial (Class B2).
The Secretary of State has arranged for an inquiry to be held for one day at Lodden Suite, 1st Floor, Town Hall, Fellowship Square, Forest Road, Walthamstow, E17 4JF. commencing at 10.00am on Tuesday 18th October 2022 for 1 day.
An inspector appointed by the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions under paragraph 1 (1) of schedule 6 to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 will attend at the place, date and time shown above to decide the appeal.
