NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Petersham Nurseries Limited has applied to London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames on 08 August 2022 for the grantof a premises licence to use the premises at Petersham Nurseries, Petersham Road, Petersham, TW10 7AB for the sale by retail of alcohol (on & off sales) from 09:00 to 22:30 Monday to Saturday and from 09:00 to 17:00 Sunday, as more particularly set out in the application. The application proposes to replace the historical premises licence with a new premises licence containing updated conditions to promote the licensing objectives, as discussed with the Licensing Authority and Police during pre application advice.
