Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence under section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Mrs Emma-Louise Rice has applied to the Licensing Authority at Wiltshire Council on 19th August 2013 to vary a premises licence for Salisbury City Football Club, The Ray McEnhill Stadium, Partridge Way, Old Sarum, Salisbury, SP4 6PU
The proposed variation is: An amendment to allow the licensed area of the club to be extended.
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Section, Wiltshire Council, Bourne Hill, Salisbury, SP1 3UZ.
Representation may be made up to 28 days from the date of this notice (by 16/09/2013).
A Copy of the application for the grant of the above variation is available for inspection at the Licensing Authority address above. The application can be viewed by prior appointment.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.00
