Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application For A Premises Licence Under Section 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 4th August 2022 Asda Stores Limited applied to Durham County Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Convenience and Petrol Store, 31 Yoden Way, Peterlee, Co Durham SR8 1AW. The proposed licensable activities are;- 1. The sale by retail of alcohol off the premises on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 07.00 and 23.00.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Durham County Council, Licensing Services, PO Box 617, Durham DH1 9HZ alternatively email;

no later than the 1st September 2022 stating the grounds for representations.

The register of Durham County Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the Council's office at Annand House, |ohn Street North, Meadowfield, Durham DH7 8RS by appointment on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
