Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council has received planning applications for the following developments

MAJOR DEVELOPMENT
10/22/0599: Units A1-A2, Hulme Court, Darwen. Variation of Condition Nos 15"trade counter area shall be restricted to maximum of one per unit not exceeding 10% of floor area", and 16 " restricting uses to Classes B1 and B8 including ancillary trade counters" pursuant to planning application 10/04/0560 "Trade Park development comprising 3 blocks of terraced trade counter units with associated car parking and service court" - No.15 "With the exception of Units A1......", and No.16" With the exception of Units A1-A2, which shall be used to unrestricted Class B8 use only, the premises shall be used for Classes E(g) and B8, including ancillary trade counters in accordance with Condition No.15 above only, and for no other purpose specified in the Use Classes Order 1987 including Class A1 unless otherwise approved by the local planning authority.
