Definitive Map and Statement for the County of Essex Definitive Map Modification No.694 Restricted Byway 47 Epping Upland Epping Forest District Order 2022

The above Order made on 26 May 2022, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map for the area by:-
- Adding a length of restricted byway from Shingle Hall to Severs Green. A copy of the Order and the Order map may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at the Chelmsford Library, Market Road, where copies will be available on request at a charge. Oppies have also been sent to Epping Forest District Council. Copies may also be viewed online at https://www.essexhighways.org/public-path-notices
Any representation or objection relating to the Order must be sent in writing to the Director for Essex Legal Services, Essex County Council, Seax House, Victoria Road South, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1QH, to arrive not later than Friday 7 October 2022, and it is requested that the grounds on which it is made are stated.
If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Essex County Council, instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State, may itself confirm the Order. If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, any representations or objections, which have been duly made and not withdrawn, will be sent with it.

(Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.20) Order 202*

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends to make the above Order under sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 9, 10, 32(1), 35(1),45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and Schedule 1 of The Traffic Orders Procedures Regulations 1996.
Effect of the Order: To Implement 'No Waiting at Any Time' restrictions on the following lengths of road, Buckhurst Hill in the District of Epping Forest.

Road

Blackmore Road junction with Thaxted Road
Description
NORTHEAST SIDE: From a point at the boundary of property numbers 65 and 67 Blackmore Road, in a north-westerly, then north-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 33 metres.
SOUTHWEST SIDE: From a point approximately 5.5 metres northwest of the boundary of property numbers 38 and 40 Blackmore Road, in a north-westerly, then south-westerly direction for a distance of approximately 30 metres.

This Order will be incorporated into 'The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Place) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019' by substituting map tiles: TQ420 945 Revision 1 to Revision 2 and TQ420 947 Revision 0 to Revision 1.

(Hoe Lane, Nazeing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hoe Lane, Nazeing in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Palmers Grove for a distance of approximately 30m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 31st August 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX06047662/NG - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Affinity Water An alternative route is available via Hoe Lane, Palmers Grove and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 18th August 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Epping Road, Roydon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Epping Road, Roydon in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Low Hill Road for a distance of approximately 60m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th September 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX04410165704 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate
signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while frame and lid replacement works are undertaken by Affinity Water.
An alternative route is available via Epping Road, Kingsmead Hill, Harlow Road, Roydon Road, Elizabeth Way, Third Avenue, Bypass Road, Flex Meadow, Katherine's Way, Southern Way, Water Lane, Brookside, Epping Road Roundabout, Tylers Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 18th August 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Mutton Row, Stanford Rivers) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mutton Row, Stanford Rivers in the Epping Forest, from a point approximately 80m south of its junction with Toot Hill Road for a distance of approximately 30m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th September 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX060215ND315 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one. network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while water connection works are undertaken by Affinity Water An alternative route is available via Mutton Row, School Road, Toot Hill Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 18th August 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Avey Lane & Pynest Green Lane, Waltham Abbey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:


1. To temporarily close that length of Avey Lane, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Pynest Green Lane to its junction with Manor Road a distance of approximately 456m.

2. To temporarily close that length of Pynest Green Lane, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Avey Lane for a distance of approximately 76m in a northwesterly then northeasterly direction.

The closures are scheduled to commence on 18th August 2022 for 86 days (closures with take place in phases), or where stated on a valid permit (MU047-AMP7-MR-AVEY & 58311946 - Thames Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains installation works are undertaken by Thames Water.
An alternative route is available via Avey Lane, Road Between Manor Road and Avey Lane, Manor Road, Wellington Hill, Pynest Green Lane and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 11th August 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Pick Hill, Waltham Abbey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Pick Hill, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 490m northwest of its junction with Horseshoe Hill for a distance of approximately 65m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd August 2022 for 15 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MU30800081159670M001 - Thames Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Thames Water.
An alternative route is available via Pick Hill, Upshire Road, Horseshoe Hill and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 4th August 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Weald Hall Lane, North Weald Bassett)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
To temporarily close that length of Weald Hall Lane, North Weald Bassett in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Brookfield for a distance of approximately 40m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd August 2022 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX044291774705-03 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while remedial works are undertaken by Affinity Water No alternative route is available.
The Order came into effect on 4th August 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
