(Lowes Wynd, Nevilles Cross, Durham) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2022

The Council on 5/8/22 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on 18 metres of Lowes Wynd, Neville's Cross, Durham, approximately 30 metres from the junction with Darlington Road to enable sewer repair works to be undertaken. Throughout the period of closure, no diversion will be available. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence on 18/8/22 from 08.00 to 16.30 and are anticipated to be completed in 1 day. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
