The County Council of Durham (High Carr Road, Framwellgate Moor) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2022

The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on 40 metres of High Carr Road, Framwellgate Moor, from the roundabout with Dryburn Road, to outside of property number 2 High Carr Road to enable sewer repair works to be undertaken. Throughout the period of closure, a diversion will be available to vehicular traffic via ?ryburn Road and Finchale Road. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence on 28/8/22 from 22.00 and are anticipated to be completed by 29/8/22 at 01.00. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
