(Off Street Parking Places) (Durham City Park And Ride Sites) Order 2005 (Amendment No. 2) Order 2022

The Council on 5 August 2022 made an Order under Sections 32, 33, 34 & 35 and part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 "the Act"), as amended, the effect of which comes into operation on 18 August 2022 and is to correct an administrative error, inserting the charge of £5.00 for the overnight parking bays for motor homes at the Belmont (Carville) Park and Ride Site. Full details are contained in the Order a copy of which may be inspected at Durham Clayport Library during normal opening hours and via the Councils Website. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by "the Act", as amended, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks from 22 September 2022 apply to make an application for that purpose to the High Court.
