NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION


Proposed development at: 'Car Park 14', Laindon Link, Basildon.
Take notice that Sempra Homes Ltd is applying to Basildon Borough Council for planning permission comprising: Full Planning Application for residential development comprising apartment blocks and dwellinghouses, vehicular access from Laindon Link, cycle and pedestrian accesses, associated parking, landscaping including open space, boundary treatments, drainage, earthworks and ancillary works.

Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to Basildon Borough Council at the following address: Basildon Borough Council, St. Martins Square, Basildon, SS14 1DL by 01/09/22
*"Owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years.
