Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (District of Wychavon - Bretforton) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2022 (Prohibition of Waiting on Main Street, Bretforton) On 28 July 2022

Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side of roads in Bretforton:-
Main Street (Southwest side): from its junction with Bridge Street for a distance of 72 metres in a north westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. (District of Wychavon - Broadway) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2022 [Prohibition of Waiting on Morris Road, Broadway] On 28 July 2022 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side of road in Broadway:-
Morris Road (South side): From a point 10 metres southwest of its junction with Mills Close for a distance of 25 metres in a south westerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. (B4085 Blackminster, Offenham) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Proposed Order: to close that part of B4085 Blackminster from its junction with C2047 Station Road to its junction with U45208 Clayfield Road.
Reason: Railway maintenance (level crossing) by Network Rail.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4085 Cleeve Road, B4510 Cleeve Road to Three Cocks Lane, B4510 Evesham Road, B4510 Offenham Road, B4035 Badsey Road, B4085 Birmingham Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 nights (23:00-05:00) Commencing: 6 September 2022. (B4085 Blackminster, Badsey) (Temporary Closure)

Proposed Order: to close that part of B4085 Blackminster from its junction with C2047 Station Road to its junction with U45208 Clayfield Road.

(C2259 Buckland Road, Childswickham) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Order made: to close that part of C2259 Buckland Road from its junction with U45612 New Street to its junction with C2007 Broadway Road.
Reason: Replace/renew manhole cover by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2007 Broadway Road, U45612 Atkinson Street, U45612 New Street and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
1 days Commencing: 17 August 2022. (B4078 Winchcombe Road, Sedgeberrow) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of B4078 Winchcombe Road from its junction with the County Boundary to its junction with U45633 Millfield. Reason: New customer connection by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4078 (Gloucestershire), B4077 (Gloucestershire), A46 Cheltenham Road (Gloucestershire), A46 Cheltenham Road (Highways England/National Highways), B4078 Cheltenham Road, B4078 Winchcombe Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 16 August 2022.

(C2223 Bricklehampton To B4084 Evesham Road, Bricklehampton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Proposed Order: to close that part of C2223 Bricklehampton To B4084 Evesham Road from its junction with U46618 The Lane for a distance of 125 metres in a Northerly direction.
Reason: Broken/rooted connection to be replaced
by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2223 Bricklehampton to B4084 Evesham Road, C2007 Little Comberton to Elmley Castle,
C2007 Pershore Road, C2124 Wick Road, B4084 Evesham Road, C2223 Bricklehampton to B4084 Eesham Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 5 September 2022.

(C2109 Sidings Road to Station Road, Pirton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Proposed Order: to close that part of C2109 Sidings Road to Station Road from its junction with C2202 Hill Road to its junction with C2109 Mill Lane. Reason: Level crossing maintenance by Network Rail. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2109 Sidings Road, C2109 Pirton to Croome D'Abitot, C2056 Croome D'Abitot to Lincolns

Proposed Order: to close that part of U44693 Asparagus Way from its junction with U44692 Millennium Way Roundabout to its junction with Bramley Drive
(NSG 45405687).
Reason: Lay new ducting by Instalcom Limited. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Bramley Drive (NSG 45405687), U44695 Enterprise Way, U44692 Millennium Way and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 5 September 2022.
