Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (U52111 Cromwell Crescent, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Proposed Order: to close that part of U52111 Cromwell Crescent from its junction with A44 London Road to its junction with U52115 Foxwell Street. Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A44 London Road, U52115 Foxwell Street and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days Commencing: 5 September 2022.

Order made: to close that part of U50129 St Georges Walk from its junction with U51000 St. George's Lane North to its junction with U50132 Sunnyside Road. Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Proposed Order: to close that part of U51200 Windermere Drive from its junction with U51201 Goldsmith Road to its junction with U51256 Carnforth Drive.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U51200 Windermere Drive, B4550 Blackpole Road, U51214 Brickfields Road, U51246 Fairfield Close, U51256 Carnforth Drive and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Reason: Sewer works by Severn Trent Water. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U51000 Green Lane, B4550 Astwood Road, C2294 Lansdowne Road, U50117 Flag Meadow Walk, U51000 St. Georges Lane North, U51000 Merrimans Hill Road and vice versa. Proposed Order: to close that part of C2067 Lightwood Lane from its junction with C2066 Broadheath Common to its junction with A44 Bromyard Road. Reason: Access to overhead structure for new customer connection by Openreach.

(U50344 Saunders Street, Worcester) (Revocation and Temporary Closure) and The City of Worcester (Various Streets) One-Way Traffic (No.4) Order 1970 (Temporary Suspension) (Part) Order 2022 Order made: to close that part of U50344 Saunders Street from its junction with U50319 Northwick Road for 43 metres in an easterly direction to its junction with U50345 Pinkett Street and to temporarily suspend The City of Worcester (Various Streets) One-Way Traffic (No.4) Order 1970 (Part) for the duration of the works to facilitate two-way traffic access for residents. Reason: New/replacement gas main by Cadent Gas. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
