Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application To Vary A Premises Licence Under Section 34

Notice is hereby given that on the 1st August 2022 Lorna Noble applied to Wiltshire Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises The Black Horse, New Road, Chippenham, Wiltshire SN15 1ES. The proposed variation is:- 1. To amend the plan of the premises to include the garden bar as part of the area within which licensable activities may be provided. 2. To delete all existing conditions in Annexes 2A and 2B and replace these with new conditions. Note: There is no change to the proposed hours of operation specified on the premises licence.
