Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (Various Revocations) and (A4025 Worcester Road, Hartlebury, A4025 Worcester Road/Stourport Road, Crossway Green/Titton and B4193 Stourport) (30, 40, 50 Mph Speed Limits and Various Revocations) Order 2022

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to update the speed limits on the following lengths of roads in Hartlebury to 30 miles per hour:

A4025 Worcester Road: From a point 16 metres northwest of its junction with Power Station Road for a distance of 380 metres in a south easterly direction. 40 miles per hour:
A4025 Worcester Road/Stourport Road, Crossway Green/Titton: from its junction with A449 Mitre Oak roundabout to a point 10 metres north west of its junction with UC11308 Sandy Lane. B4193, Stourport:
from a point 220 metres north east of its junction with C2172 Wilden Lane in a north easterly then south easterly direction to a point 100 metres south east of its junction with UC11318 Wilden Top Road. Church Lane: for its entire length. 50 miles per hour:
A4025 Worcester Road: from a point 364 metres southeast of its junction with Power Station Road to a point 10 metres north west of its junction with UC11308 Sandy Lane.

(A442 Droitwich Road, Hartlebury) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Order made: to close that part of A442 Droitwich Road from its junction with U13612 Well Lane to its junction with A450 Worcester Road. Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: CAR DIVERSION: A442 Droitwich Road, A442 Rushock to Cutnall Green, A442 Kidderminster Road, A38 Roman Way, A4133 Ombersley Road, A4133 Droitwich Road, A4133 Main Road, A449 Main Road, A449 Sychampton to Mitre Oak, A449 Mitre Oak to Crown Lane, A449 Waresley to Torton, A449 Worcester Road, A450 Worcester Road and vice versa. HGV DIVERSION: A442 Droitwich Road, A442 Rushock to Cutnall Green, A442 Kidderminster Road, A38 Roman Way, A4133 Ombersley Road, A4133 Droitwich Road, A4133 Main Road, A449 Main Road, A449 Sychampton to Mitre Oak, A449 Mitre Oak to Crown Lane, A449 Waresley to Torton, A449 Worcester Road, A442 Droitwich Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 nights (20:00-05:00) Commencing: 15 August 2022. (U10227 Dog Lane, Bewdley) (Temporary Closure) and The Count of Hereford and Worcester (Severnside North) (One-Way Traffic) Order 1991 (Temporary Suspension) Order 2022 Proposed Order: to close that part of U10227 Dog Lane from its junction with B4194 Dowles Road to its junction with U10227 Severn Side north and temporarily suspend The County of Hereford and Worcester (Severnside North) (One-Way Traffic) Order 1991 for the duration of the Order to facilitate two-way traffic. Reason: New/replacement electricity cable by Western Power Distribution.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Rescinding One Way order on Severnside North betweeen 18:00 and 06:00 each day to provide access and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 8 nights (18:00-06:00) Commencing: 5 September 2022.

(U40033 Hartlebury Trading Estate, Hartlebury) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Proposed Order: to close that part of U4033 Hartlebury Trading Estate from its junction with C2144 Crown Lane
for a distance of 970 metres in a Northern direction the remainder of U40033 Hartlebury Trading Estate in a North Easterly direction. Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2144 Crown Lane, A449 Crown Lane roundabout, A449 Worcester Road, C2030 Old Worcester Road, C2030 Station Road, C2030 Walton Road, Hartlebury Trading Estate Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 nights (19:00-05:00) Commencing: 5 September 2022.

(C2196 Buckeridge Bank, Rock) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Proposed Order: to close that part of C2196 Buckeridge Bank from its junction with U10004 Pound Bank to its junction with C2131 Ranters Bank & C2131 Beach Hay. Reason: Safe working for new customer connection by Openreach.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U10004 Pound bank, A417 Cleobury Road, C2131 Ranters bank, C2196 Buckeridge bank and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
5 days Commencing: 5 September 2022.

(C2196 Buckeridge Lane, Rock) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Proposed Order: to close that part of C2196 Buckeridge Lane from its junction with U10004 Pound Bank to its junction with A456 Tenbury Road. Reason: Safe working for customer connection by BT. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A456 Tenbury Road, U10004 Pound bank and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 5 September 2022.

(U10304 Springhill Rise, Bewdley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Proposed Order: to close that part of U10304 Springhill Rise from its junction with U10306 Shaw Hedge Road to its junction with U10305 Wassell Drive. Reason: Washout installation by Severn Trent Water. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U10306 Shaw Hedge Road, U10307 All Saints Avenue, U10305 Wassell Drive and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 5 September 2022.

(B4549 Sutton Park Road, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Order made: to close that part of B4549 Sutton Park Road from its junction with A451 Stourport Road to its junction with U12100 Connaught Avenue. Reason: Installation of new pedestrian refuge by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A451 Stourport Road, A4535 Sutton Road, A456 Bewdley Hill, B4549 Sutton Park Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 15 August 2022.

(B4188 Belbroughton Road, Broome) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Proposed Order: to close that part of B4188 Belbroughton Road from its junction with A450 Worcester Road to its junction with U12078 Gladstone place.
Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A456 Birmingham Road, A456 Kidderminster Road South, A450 Worcester Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days Commencing: 5 September 2022


(U12156 Worcester Street, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Proposed Order: to close that part of U12156 Worcester Street from its junction with U12147 Prospect Hill to its junction with U12155 High Street. Reason: To cut off gas supply by Cadent Gas Ltd. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U12155 Oxford Street, A451 The Ringway, U12160 Blackwell Street and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 5 September 2022.
