Serve late night refreshments from Sun-Thurs 23.00-00.00, Fri-Sat 23.00-00.30;
Extend hours to play recorded music from Sun-Thurs 07.00-22.00 to 07.00-00.00, Fri-Sat 07.00-22.00 to 07.00-00.30;
Extend hours to sell alcohol from Sun-Thurs 11.00-22.00 to 11.00-00.00, Fri-Sat 11.00-22.00 to 11.00-00.30; Show films from Sun-Thurs 07.00-00.00, Fri-Sat 07.00-00.30;
Play live music from Sun-Thurs 11.00-00.00, Fri-Sat 11.00-00.30

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 20/09/13, to the Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority at PO Box 889, Town Hall Colchester, CO1 1FL where the register of Licensing applications can be inspected 09.00-17.00, Monday to Friday.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
