(North Bailey, Durham) (Temporary Road Closure) Order No.2 2022

The Council on 5/8/2022 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on a 20 metre length of North Bailey, Durham outside of property numbers 26 to 28 to enable Northern Gas Networks new connection works to be undertaken Throughout the period of closure, no diversion will be available to vehicular traffic. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence at 8am on Monday 15/8/2022 and are anticipated to be completed in 2 days. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
