Notice of a public path diversion order under section 257 and paragraph 1 of Schedule 14 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990

Stroud District Council Footpath EEA8 Great Oldbury, Stonehouse Section 257 Diversion Order 2022

1. The above Order was made on the 5th August 2022. The effect of the Order will be to divert the public footpath situated between A (OS Coordinates SO 79422 06819) and C (OS Coordinates SO 79420 06720) which measures approximately 100 metres long and unknown width shall be diverted between points A (OS Coordinates SO 79422 06819) and B (OS Coordinates SO 79478 06790) measuring approximately 65 metres long and approximately 1.5 metres wide and shown on the Order plan.

3. Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing to Legal Services, Stroud District Council, Ebley Mill, Ebley Wharf, Stroud, GL5 4UB no later than the 8th September 2022, being 28 days following the date of publication of this notice.

4. If no representations or objections are made, or if made are withdrawn, the Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
