NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 3rd August 2022 Asda Stores Limited applied to Brighton & Hove City Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Convenience and Petrol Store, Brighton Marina, Brighton, East Sussex BN2 5UT.

The proposed licensable activities are;- 1. The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises on Monday to Sunday between the hours of 07.00 and 23.00.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton BN1 1JP or alternatively email ehl.safety@brighton-hove.gov.uk  no later than the 31st August 2022 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Brighton & Hove City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above council office during normal office hours.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
