Rheoliadau Adnoddau Dwr (Darpariaethau Trosiannol) 2017 Rhoddir hysbysiad trwy hyn, yn unol a Pharagraff 8, Rhan 2 o'r Atodlen i Reoliadau Adnoddau Dwr (Darpariaethau Trosiannol) 2017, bod Glandwr Cymru wedi cyflwyno cais i Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru ar gyfer trwyddedu proses tynnu dwr a oedd wedi'i hesemptio'n flaenorol. Mae'r cais ar gyfer trwydded drosglwyddo i dynnu dwr o Ffynnon Trosnant yn Trosnant, Pont-y-pwl, Torfaen yng Nghyfeirnod Grid Cenedlaethol SO 28420 00498 at ddibenion ei drosglwyddo i Gamlas Sir Fynwy ac Aberhonddu yng Nghyfeirnod Grid Cenedlaethol SO 29405 00307 trwy gydol y flwyddyn, a hynny heb ei ddefnyddio fel arall rhwng y ddau leoliad.

Transfer For Abstraction

Water Resources (Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2017 Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Paragraph 8 Part 2 of the Schedule to the Water Resources (Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2017 that an application has been made to Natural Resources Wales
by Canal & River Trust to licence a previously exempt abstraction. The application is for a transfer licence to abstract water from Trosnant Spring at Trosnant, Pontypool, Torfaen at National Grid Reference SO 28420 00498 for the purpose of transferring it without intervening use to the Monmouthshire & Brecon Canal at National Grid Reference SO 29405 00307, all year.
