Application for a Premises Licence

We, Jigger Cocktails Ltd, hereby make an application for a Premises Licence in respect of Jigger Cocktails at Unit 2, Rear of 55 Comet Way, Southend, SS2 6GD.

The relevant licensable activity which it is proposed will be carried on is the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises, between 00.00 and 23.59 daily to service pre-ordered internet delivery operations.

Responsible authorities or any person may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing, by 22nd August 2022.

Representations should be sent to The Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea City, Council, Civic Centre, Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6ZG or emailed to licact2003@southend.gov.uk  

A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, between 10.00am and 4.00pm on Mondays to Fridays or on their website www.southend.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale.
