Town And Country Planning Act 1990

The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highways (West Midlands) (No.21) Order 2022" authorising the stopping up of two lengths and part widths of the unnamed footpaths which lie to the west of Edgeworth Close at Redditch in the Borough of Redditch to enable development as permitted by Redditch Borough Council, under reference 19/01575/FUL.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or

(quoting NATTRAN/WM/S247/4687). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Redditch Post Office, Thread Needle House, 11 Alcester Street, Redditch B98 8AB.

Any person aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of or any provision within the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of 10 August 2022 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included.
