Notice is given that Catch at the old fish market has applied to Dorset Council to vary a premises licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of Catch at The Old Fish Market, Custom House Quay , Weymouth , DT4 8BE for the provision of alcohol generally between the hours of 9am and midnight Monday to Sunday

The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected by contacting the licensing Section during normal office hours or on https://www.dorsetcouncil.gov.uk/business-consumers-licences/licences-and-permits/alcohol-and-entertainment-licences/comment-on-a-licence-application/current-licence-applications It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
