The Borough Council Of Bolton Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 S.14 Winter Hey Lane, Back Emmett Street, Back Chorley New Road - Temporary Road Closures

The Council has made an order, operative from 15 August 2022 for 9 weeks approx, the effect of which will prohibit vehicles on Winter Hey Lane from Chorley New Rd to Emmett St, on Back Emmett Street for its entire length and on Back Chorley New Road from Winter Hey Lane to Curteis St. This is for drainage works. Alternate route will be via Chorley Old Rd, Lee Lane. The Order will end after 18 months or on completion of the works whichever first occurs. Bolton Council. 8 August 2022.
