Notice is hereby given that Scoffs (Miss Millies) Ltd intends to apply for a Premises Licence in respect of prem­ises known as the Miss Millies, 95 Above Bar Street, Southampton SO14 7FG. It is proposed as follows:-Application is made for the sale of alcohol between the hours of 10.00 to 01.00 daily. Application is also made for Late night refreshment 23.00 to 01.00 daily. A copy of the Application can be inspected at the offices of Southampton City Council, Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY

between normal office hours.

This application was lodged with Southampton City Council Licensing Authority on 2 August 2022 and any representations must be made in writing to Southamp­ton City Council at the above address no later than 30 August 2021 It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount
