Hysbysir drwy hyn fod Wentlooge Farmers Solar Scheme Ltd wedi cyflwyno cais am Ddatblygiad o Arwyddocad Cenedlaethol (DAC) i Weinidogion Cymru ar gyfer:
Hyb ynni adnewyddadwy sy'n cynnwys paneli wedi'u mowntio ar y ddaear ac unedau storio batri (160 uned) gyda chapasiti cynhyrchu wedi'i osod ar y cyd o hyd at 125 MW, cablu tanddaearol, hwb cysylltiad grid, seilwaith cysylltiedig am gyfnod o 40 mlynedd. Sylwch fod cais am ganiateld eilaidd dan adran 57(1) o Ddeddf Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref ar gyfer yr unedau storio batris.

The Developments of National Significance (Wales) Regulations 2016

Notice is hereby given that Wentlooge Farmers Solar Scheme Ltd has submitted an application for a Development of National Significance (DNS) to the Welsh Ministers for:

Renewable energy hub comprising ground mounted panels and battery storage units (160 units) with a combined installed generating capacity of up to 125 MW, underground cabling, grid connection hub, associated infrastructure for a period of 40 years. Please note that there is a secondary consents application under section 57(1) of the Town and Country Planning Act for the battery storage units.

The site is located at West of Hawse Lane, Wentlooge Levels, Newport.

The timetable for the submission of evidence has begun and interested persons may submit representations to Planning Environment and Decisions Wales on behalf of the Welsh Ministers (details below) by 5/9/2022. All representations will be published as soon as the deadline has passed.
