Bangor Road, Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic

Mae Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam wedi gwneud Gorchymyn (Gwahardd Traffig Trwodd) Pros Prodan Adran 14(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 a ddaw i rym ar 08/08/22 er mwyn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag defnyddio'r rhan honno o Ffordd Bangor, Johnstown, Wrecsam o'r gyffordd a'r Stryd Fawr a 77 metr i'r dwyrain at y gyffordd & Noddfa Court, fel y gall Wales & West Utilities Cyf. osod pibellau nwynewydd.

Tra bydd y ffordd ar gau, bydd arwyddion yn dangos y ffordd arall i gerbydau ar hyd Ffordd Bangor, New Hall Road, y Stryd Fawr Newydd a'r B5605. Bydd mynediad i gerbydau'r gwasanaethau brys ac i gerddwyr gydol y cyfnod cau.

Disgwyllr i'r gwaharddiad bara am dair wythnos, neu lai os cyflawnlr y
gwaith ynghynt, ond ni fydd yn para mwy na deunaw mis.

Wrexham County Borough Council has made a Temporary (Prohibition Of Through Traffic) Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 effective from 08/08/22 prohibiting any vehicle from using that length of Bangor Road, Johnstown, Wrexham from its junction with High Street in an E direction to its junction with Noddfa Court for a distance of 77m to enable Wales & West Utilities to undertake gas mains replacement works.

The alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure is via Bangor Road, New Hall Road, New High Street and the B5605 and will be signposted. Access for emergency vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained throughout the period of closure.

The prohibition is expected to last for 3 weeks or until completion of the
works if earlier, with a maximum duration of 18 months.
