Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic Order
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 -Section 14 Hawarden

The Flintshire County Council hereby intends not sooner than 7 days from the 05 August 2022 to make an Order which will prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in Bennetts Lane between its junctions with A550 Gladstone Way and Upper Aston Hall Lane, Hawarden in the County of Flintshire.

The reason for the closure is to facilitate Bridge maintenance with associated works by Sunbelt Rentals Limited on behalf of Network Rail. The alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be signed accordingly by the use of prescribed signs. It is anticipated that the Order will come into force on 22 August 2022, or as soon as possible thereafter. The road will only be closed for 2 weeks, or until earlier completion of the works, subject to a maximum period of eighteen months. A B/FCC (TTRO) 044041
