Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Section 14(1) The Metropolitan Borough Of Bury (Kings Rd, Prestwich) Temporary Closure Order 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-Kings Road/Sedgley Ave, Prestwich - Temp Rd Closure.

The closure is in place to enable replacement of rocking manhole frame and cover.
Diversion route via Bury New Rd, Singleton Rd, Bury Old Rd and vice versa
The proposed Order comes into operation on 04/08/22 and remains in force for up to 3
months (anticipated duration of works - 1 day)

The Metropolitan Borough Of Bury (Arley Avenue Bury) (20 Mph Speed Limit) Order 2022 And Traffic Calming Measures

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough Council intends to make the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as follows:-
