NOTICE is hereby given that We, TH UK & Ireland Ltd on 22/07/2022 to Trafford Council (The Licensing Authority), for a new premises licence in respect of the premises known as: TIM HORTONS 4 Traders Avenue, Barton Dock Road, Manchester. M41 7GD. Under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 for a licence to authorise the provision of late-night refreshment BETWEEN THE HOURS OF: Monday 23:00 05:00am, Tuesday 23:00 05:00am, Wednesday 23:00 05:00am, Thursday 23:00 05:00am, Friday 23:00 05:00am, Saturday 23:00 05:00am, Sunday 23:00 05:00am, Public Holidays 23:00 05:00am.

Any person wishing to make representation in relation to this application may do so by writing to: Licensing, Regulatory Services, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, Manchester, M32 0TH within 28 days of the application being made to the Licensing Authority. A representation may also be made to the Licensing Authority at the following email address: licensing@trafford.gov.uk provided that, at the same time, a copy of the representation is forwarded to the above postal address. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is unlimited.
