DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) 2022 WOODLAND ROAD, DARLINGTON (ii)
Darlington Borough Council has made an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to close:
WOODLAND ROAD
From the western side of its junction with Greenbank Road westwards to a point 100metres west of the junction with Hollyhurst Road.
An alternative route will be signed via St Augustine's Way, St Cuthbert's Way, Victoria Road, Coniscliffe Road, Carmel Road North and vice versa
The Order is necessary to allow road resurfacing works.
The maximum duration of the temporary closure under this Order is 18 months commencing from 15th August 2022, it is anticipated that the closure will be effective between 1900hours and 0500 hours For 11 nights commencing 15th August 2022.
