LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF A NEW PREMISES LICENCE NOTICE I, Carl Tait, as the Director of Lakeland Panorama Ltd have applied to Carlisle City Council for a Premises License at 35 Castle Street, Carlisle to allow the sale of alcohol and to allow the holding of regulated entertainment to include music, singing, live performance, playing of recorded sound and allowing customers to dance. Monday - Sunday 1000hrs - 0200hrs. Any person intending to make relevant representations on this application should submit them in writing not later than 02/09/2022 to the Licensing Manager, Governance Directorate, Carlisle City Council, Civic Centre, Rickergate, Carlisle CA3 8QG or by emailing licensing@carlisle.gov.uk. The full application may be viewed at the above offices between 10.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday.
