LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34
Notice is hereby given that on the 2nd August 2022 The Craft Union Pub Company Limited applied to Darlington Borough Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Old English Gentleman, 99 Bondgate, Darlington DL3 7JY. The proposed variation is:- To vary the start time only for licensable activities and opening hours (sale of alcohol and recorded music) to 9.00am Monday to Sunday. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by:- The Licensing Manager, Darlington Borough Council, Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington DL1 5QT no later than 30th August 2022 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Darlington Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above Council address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
