Anyone wishing to make representations in respect of the application must notify the Licensing Service, Civic Centre, Uxbridge, UB8 1UW in writing by 1st September 2022. Note: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application with a maximum fine on conviction of £5,000.

Copies of representations are sent to the applicant and the original letters are kept on file, which is open to scrutiny by members of the public, press and/or the broadcasting media. Persons making representations in respect o the grant of a licence must be prepared to attend in person at a hearing before a committee of the Council.
