Addition Of Footpath Pw-751 Powick Modification Order 2022

On 5th of July 2022 the County Council Confirmed the above order without modification. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to modify the definitive map and statement for the area by addition of:
Footpath PW-751 commencing from a gate on the south side of road junction B4424 & Jennet Tree Lane (County Road C2103), at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OSGR): SO 8354 5007. With a width of 2 metres the route proceeds south for 11 metres to a gap in a fence at OSGR: SO 8354 5006. The route continues south along western edge of open enclosure/ field for 219 metres to a gap in fence at OSGR: SO 8355 4984. The path continues with a width of 2 metres for a further 11 metres before turning in a south south-westerly direction at the entrance to a narrow passage at OSGR: SO 8355 4983. The path continues in a southerly direction for 106 metres where it passes
through a gate at OSGR: SO 8350 4973. The route terminates after a further 9 metres at Frog Lane (County Road U62013), OSGR: SO 8350 4972. The total length of the footpath is 356 metres. The Order becomes operative on 5th of July 2022 but if a person aggrieved by the Order-wants to question its validity, on the grounds that it is not within the power of Section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 or that any requirements of Schedule 15 to the Act have not been complied with in relation to it, they may under paragraph 12 of Schedule 15 to the Act, within 42 days from the date of publication of this Notice, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
