Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(C2054 Welland Road, Hanley Swan) (30 Mph Speed Limit) Order 2022

On 21 July 2022 Worcestershire County Council
made an Order the effect of which will be to extend
the speed limit on the following length of road in

Hanley Swan to 30 miles per hour:
C2054 Welland Road (Both sides): from a point
98 metres southwest of the centre point of its junction
with Gilberts End for a distance of 120 metres in a
south westerly direction.
There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles.

(Malvern Hills District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2022 (Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time Order on Richmond Road, Malvern) On 21 July 2022 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following sides and lengths of road in Malvern:-
Richmond Road (East side): from its junction with Farley Road for a distance of 10 metres in a northerly direction and 10 metres in a southerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 11 August 2022 Documents in relation to this Order can be downloaded at:

The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.

(U63031 Assarts Road, Malvern Wells) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Proposed Order: to close that part of U63031 Assarts Road from its junction with U63035 Assarts Lane to its junction with U63034 Heathlands Close. Reason: New vehicle crossing/dropped kerb by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U63035 Assarts Lane, C2221 Upper Welland Road, U63030 Kings Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days Commencing: 30 August 2022.

(C2098 Church Road, Castlemorton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of C2098 Church Road from its junction with U61401 Castlemorton to its junction with C2098 School Road. Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2098 Church Road, C2098 Castlemorton, C2098 Welland Stone, C2098 Longdon Heath, B4211 Gloucester Road, A4104 Welland Road, A4104 Drake Street, B4208 Gloucester Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 9 August 2022.

(U63516 Lansdowne Road, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Proposed Order: to close that part of U63516 Lansdowne Road from its junction with U63518 Somers Road to its junction with U63517 Highfield Road. Reason: Safe working zone to allow blockage clearance by Openreach.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U63518 Somers Road, U63509 Albert Park Road, U63512 Quest Hill Road, U63516 Lansdowne Road, and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
2 days Commencing: 29 August 2022.

(U63015 Old Wyche Road, Malvern Wells) (Temporary Closure) and (Reversing of One-way)
Order 2022
Proposed Order: to close that part of U63015 Old Wyche Road from its junction with B4218 Wyche Road to its junction with Westminster Road (NB: The one-way system is to be temporarily reversed up U63015 Old Wyche Road). Reason: Utility works by Severn Trent Water. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U63015 Old Wyche Road, B4218 Wyche Road, A449 Wells Road, U63015 Old Wyche Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
3 days Commencing: 31 August 2022.
