Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order: C1191 From B4352 To Bycross Farm Bridleway, Moccas, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the C1191 From B4352 To Bycross Farm Bridleway, Moccas, outside Lower Moccas Farm. Grid Ref: 336381/243164. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the C1191 onto the B4352, onto the C1192, onto the C1191 and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to ducting installation works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 30th of August 2022 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 4 days.
