(Foldcroft. Harlow Essex) (Introduction Of Disabled Parking Place (Off Street) Order 2022.

Notice Of Intention

The District Council of Harlow ("the Council") in accordance with section 39(3) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the 1984 Act") and under arrangements made with the said County Council pursuant to S.101 Local Government Act 1972 and the Local Authorities (Arrangements for the Discharge of Functions) (England) Regulations 2000 and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police HEREBY intend to make the above Order under (a) the powers conferred by Section 1(1) and 2(1), 3(2) and 4(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act") and of all other enabling powers in accordance with Part III to Schedule 9 to the Act and (b) section 74 (as modified by Statutory Instrument 2003 No. 2440) and Part 6 of the Traffic Management Act 2004 ("the 2004 Act") and (c) in accordance with Local Authorities Traffic Orders (Procedure)( England & Wales) Regulations 1996.
This order may be cited as Harlow District Council (Foldcroft, Harlow Essex) (Introduction of Disabled Parking Place) (Off Street) order 2022.

The effect of this Order will be to;
a) Introduce a disabled parking bay (Off Street) as detailed on map
to the areas of the road shown on the plan and specified in the schedules to this Order.
A copy of the proposed Order and associated schedule is available for inspection at Harlow District Council Civic Centre Watergardens Harlow CM20 1WQ and Chelmsford County Library, Market Road, Chelmsford, CM1 1LH during normal office hours. Copies can be acquired on payment at photocopying charges.
Any objections to the proposed Order should be made in writing, stating the ground(s) on which they are made and addressed to;
