DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 (TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE) ORDER 2022 MANOR ROAD LINK FOOTPATH, HURWORTH PLACE
Darlington Borough Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to close: MANOR ROAD LINK FOOTPATH From the northern boundary of 23 Manor Road southwards to the southern boundary of 49 Woodlands Way
An alternative route will be signed via Woodlands Way, link footpath adjacent 25 Woodland Way, Manor Road and vice versa. The Order is necessary to allow works by Northern Gas Networks to renew a gas main. The maximum duration of the temporary closure under this Order is 6 months commencing from 19th September 2022, it is anticipated that the closure will be effective for 2 weeks.
