DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC AND CLEARWAY) ORDER 2022 NEASHAM ROAD, DARLINGTON
Darlington Borough Council has made an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce:
1. no stopping at any time (clearway); and
2. the prohibition of the driving of vehicles on the following road:

NEASHAM ROAD
From a point 22metres south of its junction with Smithfield Road northwards to a point 8metres north of the south side of the lunctlon at the retail park to allow road surfacing works. Access for residents only when works allow.
An alternative route will be signed via Yarm Road, Geneva Road and vice versa
The maximum duration of the temporary restrictions under this Order is 18 months commencing from 15th August 2022, it is anticipated that the closure will be effective for 7 days.
